📅 Booking & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the event.
- Booking is confirmed after deposit and signed agreement is received .
⏰ Event Time & Setup
- Attendant arrives 60–90 minutes early to set up.
- Wi-fi must be provided by venue or host
- Attendant can provide Wi-Fi hotspot for an additional fee.
- Rental includes agreed number of hours of Photo Booth service.
- Extra time can be added for an additional fee.
🚫 Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancelations with balances, may reschedule with not have a refund, but may
- Cancelations with balances paid in full, may reschedule free of charge.
🎉 Use of Photos
- JE may use event photos for marketing (social media, website, etc.) unless you request otherwise in writing.
- Client receives live gallery link after the event.
🛠️ Equipment & Safety
- Booth area must be safe, dry, and accessible.
- Client is responsible for any damage(s) caused to equipment by guest.
🌧️ Outdoor Events
- Outdoor setups must be under a covered, secured structure and ground level.
- JE has the right to move the booth inside or cancel if weather conditions are unsafe.
- JE has the right to cancel if adequate space isn’t provided at venue.
👥 Guest Conduct
- JE reserve the right to stop service if guests engage inappropriately with or damage equipment.
- No food or drinks near the booth.
📦 Props & Backdrops
- We provide fun props and backdrops. Please treat them with care.
- Lost or damaged props may incur a replacement fee.
